Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

If you are late for an appointment, you may lose some of that session time.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and rescheduled.

Late cancellations or reschedules (within 24 hours) will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, forfeiture of the session if you are a package holder, and could require prepayment or a deposit for future appointments.

Same day/No Shows: 100% of missed appointment must be paid before next appointment.

We understand that emergencies and illnesses can happen. If you or your children have a medical issue, a family emergency, or face an unforeseen life event, please let us know as soon as possible. After one no-show, future appointments may require prepayment to book.

3-Strike Policy regarding membership status for Unlimited Members (Founders and Boundless Breath)

To maintain fair access for all members, the following accountability system applies:

Strike 1 – Courtesy Warning

You will receive a friendly reminder of our attendance policy.

Strike 2 – Temporary Booking Restriction

Member will move to same-day booking only for 14 days.

Advance booking privileges will be reinstated after the 14-day period.

Strike 3 – Membership Suspension

Membership will be suspended for 7 days.

Continued misuse may result in membership cancellation at the studio’s discretion.

Note: Late cancellation and no-show fees still apply separately from the strike system.

Dress comfortably. The salt cave can feel cool, so we encourage cozy clothing.

Your ticket includes blankets, and bottled water (movie snacks, if add-on is selected). Outside food, drinks, cushions, or blankets are not permitted.

Seating inside the salt cave is first-come, first-served. We provide comfortable chairs. (or mats if specified)

To maintain a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, please silence or turn off cell phones and electronic devices during the movie.

This is a shared wellness space. Please keep voices low and be respectful of others throughout the event.

All sales are final. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours before your event), you will be responsible for the full amount due. In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be rescheduled or credited toward another event.
