Cancellation Policy
-Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. -If you are late for an appointment, you may lose some of that session time. -Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and rescheduled. - Late cancellations or reschedules (within 24 hours or less) may result in a cancellation fee, or forfeiture of the session if you are a package holder, and/or could require prepayment or a deposit for future appointments. This policy ensures that the time reserved for you is honored and managed effectively. Emergency and Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and illnesses can happen. If you or your children have a medical issue, a family emergency, or face an unforeseen life event, please let us know as soon as possible. In cases of severe weather or unsafe travel conditions, please text to reschedule.
